Legislative Representation
TPCA maintains an active presence at all levels of government and is committed to informing and educating government officials and legislators on issues affecting the petroleum marketing and convenience store industries, while protecting the interests of its members. TPCA continues to work closely with the National Association of Convenience Stores, the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America, and the Petroleum Transportation and Storage Association on national issues of mutual importance to each organization's membership.

Regulatory Issues Monitoring
TPCA monitors at least 26 state and federal agencies that regulate all aspects of the petroleum marketing and convenience store industries. TPCA provides comments and testimony at dozens of hearings and informal meetings in an effort to lessen the regulatory burden on members' businesses. TPCA members receive periodic regulatory alerts with up-to-the-minute news of amended or newly established regulations that impact your business.
