All results were compiled from 2009 Fuels Tax Report data obtained from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. This 120-page printed report is in an easy-to-read format, alphabetical by company name, with appropriate major category listings of both taxed and non-taxed gallonage for both gasoline and diesel.

TPCA Model SPCC Plan

Online Training To Meet Your Needs
TPCA provides access to online training for employee seller/server cetification and tobacco sales certification. With this convenient training tool, employees can be rapidly trained and certified before heading to their first day on the job. The more tools they have to do the job you have hired them to do, the better they will meet your expectations.
For the TABC-approved alcohol seller/server course, the cost is $22.95 per individual. For the Comptroller-approved Tobacco Seller certification course, the cost is $15.95 per individual. Individuals should log on to
